Darlene Castro started as a Data Entry Specialist at Midstream Marketing. During her one-year tenure in this role, she demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and data management skills. Recognizing her potential, Darlene then promoted to the position of Project Manager.
In 2017, she graduated from STI College in Malaybalay City, where she studied Information Technology. While pursuing her studies, she was given an opportunity by working briefly at Midstream Marketing. After completing the project she was assigned to, she ventured into other online work, further expanding her experiences.
Throughout her career, her responsibilities have revolved around project management, quality assurance, team coordination, client communication, and task management, she is also developing another skill which is video editing. Her project management abilities have been crucial in ensuring the smooth completion of tasks and projects that she has been in charge of. Her commitment to quality control has allowed her to maintain high standards while also delivering the best possible work, in the best possible way.
Outside of work, she enjoys discovering good and underrated songs, singing, and playing guitar. She is a family-oriented person and loves outdoor activities like hiking, & camping. She also loves to watch cartoon movies, action series, and Marvel movies.
