Rochell Ann P. Dalaygon is a System Support Specialist at Midstream Marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from Visayas State University. Her day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining website performance through tools like ManageWP, Sucuri, WPEngine, and Uptime Robot. She manages IP whitelisting and blocklisting, reconnects disconnected sites, handles manual site upgrades, maintains live lists of development environments, and provides secure access credentials to the team. Rochell also communicates with support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted site functionality.
She brings a problem-solving mindset, strong work ethic, and adaptability to her role—traits shaped by both her academic training and on-the-job experience. She is actively expanding her knowledge in operating systems, networking, cybersecurity, and user support.
Outside of work, Rochell enjoys learning about new technologies and tools in IT. She is committed to continuous growth and contributing effectively to the success of the team.
